Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to process and deliver all orders accurately and within the promised timelines. However, in rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Incorrect Orders
If an incorrect product, variant, or service is selected at the time of purchase, returns or refunds will not be accepted. Customers may contact our support team for assistance with placing a fresh order.
NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY
Due to strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once delivered, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Eligible products may be approved for replacement or refund, after verification.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and components included at delivery.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping due to improper packaging.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be informed whether it qualifies for a replacement or refund, and the process will be initiated accordingly.
TRANSPORT-RELATED DAMAGE
If damage occurs during transit, please report the issue within three (3) days of delivery. We may arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the issue.
PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT ORDER NOT CONFIRMED
If your payment has been deducted but the order has not been confirmed, please contact your bank first. Refunds for failed or incomplete transactions are typically processed by banks within 7 business days.
If the issue remains unresolved after this period, you may contact our support team for further assistance.
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to decline returns, replacements, or refunds in the following situations:
Products purchased during promotions, sales, or special offers
Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Evidence of tampering, alteration, or physical damage
Products received as complimentary items, gifts, or free services
Any other exception permitted under applicable consumer protection laws
